As a member of St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception Parish Community, it is important that we know how to communicate and minister to each of you. We ask you to complete or update your registration ONLINE so you can be included in our parish database. If any of your contact information has changed, we also ask you to please SIGN-UP Online  to allow you to make the updates at any time. 

Although we prefer that you register online, you make also download a form to register. Please submit your completed registration form to the Parish Office via email (save and attach PDF form), mail or by dropping it off. You may also drop it in the collection basket.

We now have a new system, called My Own Church, for updating your family information! All you need to do is click here or hit the "My Own Church" button below, and create an account. Then, the parish office will approve your account, and you’ll be able to update all of your family information, including names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses. You’ll be able upload your favorite family photo and chose whether you want that photo (or other information) to be visible to other members who’ve logged in—or you can keep some information private and available only to church administrators.
