The annual, global day of giving known as Giving Tuesday takes place Today!
Giving Tuesday was started in 2012 to encourage people in every corner of the globe to shift the focus of the holiday season to charity and compassion. Giving Tuesday reminds us to give back to our communities in a meaningful way while we get caught up in shopping days like Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
Giving Tuesday also provides us an opportunity to thank God for all the blessings that He has bestowed upon us during the year and to look within ourselves to see how we can best use our talent and treasure to help others. This year, St. Mary is building upon that feeling of generosity and compassion by asking our parishioners to prayerfully consider eGiving through ParishSOFT Giving.
By using eGiving for your regular offertory, you are providing stable support to our parish and furthering our shared mission to give back to others and spread the word of God.
Enrolling in eGiving is a safe and secure way to give to our parish and getting started is easy—simply visit stmaryslg.org/donate. Your gifts and your participation are a blessing to us and I ask you prayerfully consider making a donation stmaryslg.org/donate on Giving Tuesday, December 1, 2020.
You may also make a one-time gift online to St. Mary on the form below. Your continued support to St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception is greatly appreciated.
